Construction
All vales are one pieces design. The valve bodies have a top mounting flange conforming to ISO 5211 for direct mounting of actuators, limit switches, fugitive emission bonnets or extended handles.
Seats:
Flexible seat design provides tight shutoff at high ad low pressures, reduced wear and valve torque. A wide range of seat material are available, such Virgin PTFE, glass-fiber PTFE, carbon-filled PTFE, etc. Other seat material are also available upon customer requests.
Stem
Blow-out proof stem with live loaded spring washers to compensate for pressure and temperature surges and wear.
Ball
High polished solid ball with a pressure relieve hole in the stem slot to equalize the pressure in the body cavity ensures tight shutoff and long service life.
Fire Safe Valves
API 607 design fire safe valves for fire safe applications. It can be provided upon requests.
