Seal Temperature Capabilties
PTFE: -62 to 180 ℃
RPTFE: -62 to 230 ℃
Metal Seal: to 820 ℃

Features:
Body: Available in Wafer and lug body configuration. Made from Carbon steel or CF8M stainless steel. Boyd lengths conform to API609 and MSS SP68 dimensions. Flange gaskets surfaces shall be serrated and be 125 to 250 μ inch in accordance with MSS SP-6, MSS SP-44 and ANSI b16.5
Disc: Heavy duty eccentric disc is applied with wide sealing area to minimize seat wearing. All discs is of a corrosion resistant material suitable for the intended services. Disc is securely attached to the stem by groove pins.
Seat: Three types of seals are available for various applications: soft thermoplastic, fire tested and metal-to-metal. All seats are interchangeable without body medications; other component changes may be required. All seats shall be pressure responsive from either directions.
Stem: one piece stem positioned in the body in a double off-set configuration to allow the disc to swing free of the seat in the open position; thereby reducing operating torque and wear on the seat. The stem made of corrosion resistant material capable of transmitting operating torque without failure.
